In both character and approach, Interwest is experienced and innovative. Founded by Ronald Grant, M.A.I., A.A.C.I., R.I.(B.C.), P. Ag., in 1952 as Ronald D. Grant Ltd., it evolved into Ronald D. Grant and Sons in 1970 and became Interwest Property Services Ltd. in 1980. With the addition of new partners it became Interwest Property Services (1991) Ltd.

Danny R. Grant, P. Ag., SR/WA, Brian K. Davies, A.A.C.I., P.App, R.I.(B.C.), and David N. Hall, B.Sc.(Hon.), M.R.I.C.S., A.A.C.I., P.App, are the current company principals who bring a seasoned perspective and more than eighty years of experience in dealing with complex acquisitions and unique and often challenging appraisal assignments.
